What is the MOQ for aseptic packaging rolls?
Minimum order quantities depend on the format, volume, and print specification required. Contact sales@yzshengli.com for current MOQ and pricing. We work with dairy and beverage factories at various production scales across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, CIS, and Latin America.
What certifications does Shengli Pak hold?
Shengli Pak holds ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), BRCGS Packaging Materials, and FSC-C135304 (Forest Stewardship Council). Certificate details including registration numbers and validity dates are available on request.
What formats and volumes are available?
Our roll-fed packaging material is available in Brick Slim, Brick Slim Leaf, Brick Mid, Pillow (Fino), Prisma, Brick Base, Ultra, Square, and Metalized formats. Volume variants range from 80ml to 1000ml depending on format. Contact sales@yzshengli.com for the full format and volume matrix.
What is aseptic carton packaging made of?
Shengli Pak's aseptic packaging material uses the same 6-layer construction (Inner PE / Adhesive PE / Aluminium Foil / Adhesive PE / Paperboard / Outer PE) as standard aseptic carton material. It is produced on German and Italian equipment (including Gallus Intro 1300 flexographic printing presses and ISRA 100% online inspection), certified to ISO 22000 and BRCGS standards, and is designed to run on TBA filling machines without modification.
Can you supply for Russia, Middle East, or Southeast Asia?
Yes. Shengli Pak exports to CIS and Russia (sea and rail via China–Russia logistics routes), the Middle East and Africa (sea shipping to Jeddah, Dubai, Mombasa, Lagos), and Southeast Asia (shortest lead times — 1–2 weeks to Singapore, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City). What is the lead time from order to delivery?
Lead times depend on print customisation, order volume, and destination. Standard production lead time from order confirmation is 3–5 weeks. Sea freight transit adds 1–2 weeks to Southeast Asia, 3–4 weeks to the Middle East and CIS, and 4–6 weeks to Latin America. Express logistics options are available for urgent needs.
